Gordon & Co are more effective at selling property than chain agencies because large companies often work on the basis that by marketing 50 properties they will sell 25. Not being an 'instruction machine' means we take on fewer homes and generally sell every one.  We allocate more agent time per property and each sale matters on a personal level to the whole team.
