We are now recruiting for a senior negotiator for our flagship lettings operation at Central London's Tallest Residential Development. more about the building can be found at www.goandco.co.uk/strata

Ideally with 1 year + experience in a lettings role. The ideal candidate will show an exceptional ability to communicate effectively, influence others, be target orientated and have a hard work ethic.  There are 310 private apartments at Strata SE1, a large proportion of which will be let through Gordon & Co over the coming months.

As the Office 'No 2' this position will be exceptionally busy and will hold the main responsibility for letting these luxury apartments as quickly as is possible.

Excellent basic and commission rates are available for the right candidate.

PART TIME (SATURDAY) NEGOTIATOR - BATTERSEA

We are now recruiting for a saturday negotiator for our busy Battersea office.  The position will entail carrying out viewings for both sales and lettings properties and registering enquiries from all clients.  No experience is necessary however an outgoing personable approach and excellent communication skills will be needed to succeed in this role.

ASSISTANT BLOCK MANAGER  - PADDINGTON

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated young individual, who is organised, efficiant, and posesses excellent inter personal skills, to join our growing Block Management team based in Paddington,W2.  
The successful candidate will need at least one year's direct block management experence, having a good knowlege of: 

  • Service charge budgets and proceedures
  • Landlord and Tenant issues (relating to flats / lessees)
  • Insurance matters - claims, processing and renewals 
  • Dealing with solicitor's enquiries
  • Dealing with tradesmen and contractors
  • The Section 20 Process
  • ECS Qube (or other similar property management software)
  • Computing skills (inc word , excel, mail merge etc )

PROPERTY ASSISTANT FOR LETTINGS, SALES & BLOCK MANAGEMENT LOCATION - PADDINGTON  

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated young person to join our property team in Paddington. They will be front of office and client facing, dealing with walk in customers for sales, lettings and block management. Initially it will be general office duties for both departments, and at the same time learning and progressing in the property administration role. The right person will be friendly and presentable, with knowledge of basic systems, and hopefully some background in the property world to build on.
