We are looking for a self-motivated and well-presented New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team on Tower Bridge.


Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients
  • Assessing client needs
  • Showing clients around show homes/developments
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the sales and building process
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
  • Promoting properties via different mediums
  • Reaching and trying to exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Trying to build the client base for the New Homes Team
  • Making sure administrative records are kept up-to-date at all times
  •

    We are looking for a motivated and well-presented senior sales negotiator who has proven success and experience within residential property sales to join our Elephant and Castle office.     We are currently looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing property management department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in Property Management with plenty of room for progression.

  • Assisting the Property Manager in their day-to-day duties
