Why Choose Gordon & Co. to manage your new build
If you are a property developer who will be wanting an estate/block manager, it is advisable to appoint one at inception of the development, as architects and councils do not really consider the implications of 'managing' the buildings long term interests.
With Gordon & Co appointed as managing agents early we are able to assist in providing advice and experience from many other schemes that we have worked on. We also provide feedback on the matters that occur on the development and seek to work in partnership with both the sales team and the customer care support team.
Recent instructions have allowed us to work with the developers in respect of location of buildings facilities, providing potential solutions for the new technologies as well as day to day matters and potential problems that may not have been spotted at the design stage or have been tried elsewhere and not been successful.
Our budgetary planning provides the property developer with a detailed draft encompassing the needs of the project both current and future and provides clear projections for the costs of servicing the building over the coming years if required. Gordon & Co take the time to work with both sales offices and site managers to ensure that the legal paperwork is in line with the project. When there are multiple charging schedules we take the time to draft simple explanatory documentation for use with the sales team, the legal team and the purchasers.
On an ongoing basis Gordon & Co will set up all the necessary maintenance contracts and carry out regular assessments of the standards of services as well as addressing any early questions that potential purchasers may have and will endeavour to hold group preoccupation meetings (and follow ups).
