We are very proud of our management. As a company we now manage over 7,000 properties. This option provides you with the minimum level of involvement in the routine management and maintenance of your property investments. We believe by handling the maintenance internally the interests of all parties are protected, costs are lower in the long run and void periods are minimised. You will have access to our accounts team, who will send out detailed statements and advise you of any arrears or future costs. You will get to know your property manager directly. As we do not have head office management or call centres, you will be looked after by the team in your local branch. As we fully manage your property we will keep you abreast of any changes in legislation.

Our Full Property Management service includes:

  • Accompanying potential tenants to view the property
  • Obtaining references and conducting credit checks on potential tenants
  • Providing you with the information on the latest safety regulations
  • Organising and managing the collection of the tenant’s deposit
  • Collecting the rent from the tenant
  • Transferring the rental income to your account and providing you with statements of account.
  • Managing and arranging any necessary repairs
  • Inspecting the property bi annually and feeding back any comments to you
  • Providing tenants with notice at the end of the tenancy
  • Negotiate with you and the tenant any disbursement of the security deposit and return the deposit as agreed to relevant parties.
