Updated working practises
Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Monday 23 March, our staff have been asked to work from home to help in the fight to minimise the spread of the coronavirus.
Staff are fully contactable by email and phone, please visit our Contact page for details.
How about viewings, valuations and move-ins?
Although we're limited in what we can do for viewing and valuations in person, we have managed to successfully carry out virtual valuations and video viewings with several lettings agreed through this method already, so be in touch to find out what we can do for you.
For move-ins, we have a protocol in place to ensure the safety of our staff, contractors and tenants, so that we can still get you into your new home. If you're concerned about an upcoming move-in, please call your agent and they will be able to explain it to you.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully, taking advice from the Government, and will update our recommendations as needed.
At present we are continuing to receive enquiries from buyers and tenants and are carrying out viewings and agreeing sales and lets. There is still high demand for property.
We remain optimistic. This challenging time will end and the market will return to some sort of normality very quickly.
We will continue to be on hand to talk through any questions you might have about your property search or sale and are available to discuss any concerns about the property market.
Landlords with questions about their property should contact their property manager directly.
There are many in our community that will struggle at this time, so please be kind to your neighbours and consider printing off and dropping this postcard through their door to let them know you're there for them.
