Following the latest Government advice, we can confirm that home moves, viewings and purchases are all still able to take place. All of our offices are to remain open, working in line with the recommended social distancing and Propertymark/Government guidelines.
We are committed to managing the risk of Covid-19 and have carried out a comprehensive risk assessment across all of our offices. We have implemented thorough cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance, and have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a two-metre distance between team members and customers in the workplace.
Other members of our team continue to work from home to support our customers and their colleagues.
Viewings and valuations
If you would like to view a property, we have virtual tours available online and we can do live video viewings. If you'd like a property valuation - for sale or let - we can carry out virtual valuations at your convenience.
If you'd like an in-person viewing or valuation, we have the necessary PPE to ensure that everyone stays safe. If you are attending an in-person viewing, we ask that you take all necessary steps to follow the latest social distancing guidance.
For more information, please see our page about viewings.
For move-ins, we have a dedicated protocol in place to ensure the safety of our staff, as well as contractors and tenants. So, you can rest assured that we’ll move you into your new home safely. If you’re concerned about an upcoming move-in, please call your agent to find out more about our protocol.
We will continue to monitor the situation and Government advice carefully, and will update our recommendations as and when needed.
For more information, please see our page about moving home.
There is still high demand for property, and we are receiving enquiries from both buyers and tenants. We are optimistic that the end of this challenging time is in sight and when it arrives, the market will return to some sort of normality relatively quickly.
We’re still on hand to answer any questions you may have about your property search or sale.
If you’re a landlord with questions about your property, please contact your usual property manager directly.
Although we’re starting to take small steps towards something resembling normality, it’s important to remember that there are many people in our local communities who are struggling.
It’s more important than ever that we’re kind to our neighbours. Why not print off this postcard and drop it through your neighbours’ doors to let them know you’re there if they need you?
