Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator who has proven success and experience within the residential property market to join our Elephant and Castle office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying potential tenants
  • Identify the needs of prospective tenants and match them to suitable properties.
  • Contacting prospective tenants and arranging viewings
  • Carrying out viewings of properties
  • Negotiating offers
  • Giving feedback through to completion
  • Delivery the highest levels of customer service to all Gordon & Co clients

 

Skills needed:

  • Proven success in exceeding targets
  • Experience of the London lettings market
  • A passion and interest in property
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and to be a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.

Senior Property Manager

Reports To

The Senior Property Manager will report to Head of Residential management

Candidate should have at least 6+ years solid PM experience with 3+ of that at senior level, sound knowledge of serving Section 21s Section 8, Section 13s, confident in working on a challenging portfolio, strive to delivery exceptional customer service, ARLA qualified, a solid understanding of all relevant legislative paperwork, ideally the candidate will have good knowledge of dealing with New build developments and a clean driving licence

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
  • Chasing outstanding Tenancy arrears
  • Serving required Notices
  • Conducting inspections with Property Management Assistant
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals & issuing required Paperwork
  • Negotiation deposit returns
  • Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
  • Ensuring compliance with TDS regulation
  • Handling day to day maintenance issues
  • Making sure all details are kept up to date with relevant notes on the system
  • Compiling weekly reports to Head of Residential Management detailing portfolio activity

 

Skills needed:

  • ARLA
  • 6+years
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Works well within a team

Sales/Lettings negotiator

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented sales and lettings negotiator who has proven success and experience within residential property sales to join our Battersea office.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills as well as sound market knowledge. You will join an established sales and lettings team with a growing market share.

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying potential buyers and tenants
  • Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Contacting applicants and arranging viewings
  • Carrying out viewings of properties
  • Negotiating offers
  • Giving feedback to vendors and landlords
  • Progressing files through to completion
  • Delivering highest levels of customer service to all Gordon & Co clients

  • Proven success in exceeding targets
  • Experience of the London Sales and Lettings market
  • A passion and interest in property
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
