Brief overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful Battersea and Hybrid branches. We are looking to employ a Client Services Consultant who can assist in building a successful client services department to manage existing client data within the lettings department; the key focus of the role is to create lettings opportunities for the relevant teams from previous landlords

Responsibilities and duties

  •    Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  •    Keeping the prospective client database updated
  •    Maintaining knowledge of all products and services the company offers
  •    Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  •    Analysing business aspects in various departments and seeking opportunities growth
  •    Following company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers
  •    Contacting new clients in new markets to expand the business
  •    Contributing to creative discussions and decision-making about business growth
  •    Personal specification:
