We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly expanding Battersea Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to further their estate agency career and a chance to work in one of Central London’s largest regeneration areas. A successful candidate will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and hardworking in order to succeed in a well-established estate agency. The candidate must be highly self-motivated to achieve personal and branch targets.

      Essential Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of the role requirements
  • You need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and hardworking to succeed in a well-established estate agency.
  • Must be highly self-motivated to achieve personal and branch targets.
  • Excellent people skills and a good communicator

 

     Role responsibilities

  • Meeting and registering new applicants.
  • Organising and carrying out property viewings and valuations
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors and applicants and note all correspondence and communications.
  • Updating Vendors regarding Marketing & Conveyancing progress
  • Provide a friendly and professional service.
  • Negotiate where instructed on any offers received.
  • Advise on the property market and conditions
  • Ensure all company procedures are adhered too
